Optimistic 4 Christ was founded by Min. Dale Ciceron in 1997. The ministry
consisted of 10 members and a Musical Director Daniel Carr. After a long
struggle, Min. Dale decided to merge his ministry with Andre L. Witcher
who founded Temple Of Praise. Not until May of 1998 when they made their
debut as T.O.P.F.C Fellowship Choir the Young Ciceron heard & obeyed
the voice of God to make a change! In the year of 2000, the call was answered
& thus the wonderful ministry of O4C was birth! The unique style filtered
with radical praise & worship will have your spirit lifted, your foot
stomping, your hand clapping & your joy fulfilled! Make no mistake of
their ministry. Bringing Back Holiness without compromise is what this powerful
choir is all about. O4C has the innate ability by the power of God to reach
our youth in a language they can understand without the worldly beats &
hooks so many copy. Originality is what you’ll find! Minister Dale
Ciceron is the appointed vessel chosen to take this next generation into
the realm of the Altar as the servant of God.
This powerful choir has shared the stage with some of Gospel greats, Professor
James Hall, Dottie Peoples, Reverend Shirley Ceasar, Youthful Praise Vickie
Winans, and the list goes on. Additionally a few most recent accomplishments
were being showcased on at the famous Fox Woods Resort for the Dr. Bobby
Jones Urban Impact Summit, Feels So Good Entertainment “We Got Nex
“ Summit, and O4C as finalist in the world renowned McDonalds Gospel
